Because Royal VIP Honey is a consumable product, opened or used items cannot be returned unless required by law.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. We’ll review the issue and may provide a replacement or refund.

Unopened and sealed products may be eligible for return with prior approval. Return shipping may be the customer’s responsibility unless the order was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider.
